The Olive Seal Hall is situated at the top of St Martin's churchyard and is available to hire either as a one-off booking (£15 per hour) or for regular use (£10 per hour). The hall has recently been renovated, is wheelchair accessible and is equipped with kitchen and toilet facilities. Due to insurance purposes, the hall has a maximum capacity of 30 people.
